It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always go... read more
