I had an appointment today - made it 2 months ago for a cavity that I waited two months to fix just to go here since I have been in the past with great results. I was told I do not have an appointment and since I no call no showed twice two years ago they would never schedule me I would have to go on a call basis if they have an opening they will call me. I had a crown that cracked that he had put on about 6 to 9 months ago. $1000 plus I paid for it. I called and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I had read a review that said he doesn’t stand behind his work and I guess I thought that would not happen to me. I saw a dentist they recommended and his advice was to give Dr. Williamson a chance to make it right. He didn’t.
Love Dr. Williamson! He and is staff are friendly, professional and caring
I actually agree with the previous reviewer on most of what they wrote, but those things are called “efficiency”. Their office is run very efficiently! (and the ladies in the front are SUPER SWEET!) For instance, when you make an appointment, that’s when you will be called back. No waiting for hours in the waiting room. They absolutely respect your time. As for the humming, maybe he just enjoys his job? 🤔
The dentist is very friendly and nice,the staff is as well,I am glad my oral surgeon recommend them to me.�
