The quality of their work is pretty good, but they’re terrible about keeping their appointments. I can’t even remember the last time me or my kids had an appointment that didn’t get rescheduled at least twice before actually making it in. I don’t know if they have an issue with over booking or what but it is extremely frustrating. I was a patient at Bright Smile for approximately 5 years. I found Dr. Kim to be too aggressive. I don’t like being manhandled. However her fillings and inlays were quality. Dr. Lee was less aggressive in style but her filling cracked after just 4 months. When I returned to have it fixed, the office was going to charge me $200 because now my tooth required an inlay.
