I trust BrightSight to professionally clean my windows. I have some large picture windows that have heavy, wood-framed storm windows. BrightSight successfully removes them, cleans the windows inside and out, then puts the storms back without problem. On top of that, they arrive when they say they will, are friendly, and they don't complain like window cleaners we used before them. We also use BrightSight to clean gutters and spray for spiders.
We've always had great experiences. Quick response times, great communication, excellent work, and top notch customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bright Sight!
Last time I used them they destroyed my wooden trim and never fessed up
Bright Sight does a wonderful job and their customer service is phenomenal. I recently inquired with them about pressure washing, knowing I was asking for something pretty late in the season. Originally they very kindly let me know they were booked, but they reached back out a day later to let me know they could do it. That made me feel important and valued as as their customer. There have been other instances where I reached out last minute and they were able to make something work. Thanks Bright Sight!
