I highly recommend Greg! I am currently out of state so I needed an inspector I could trust to give me clear, accurate information. Greg is professional and prompt. His report is thorough with photos, details, and clear summary pages. I was not able to attend the inspection so Greg went through the whole report with me step by step and answered all my questions. He is very responsive and knowledgeable, and I feel confident taking next steps on my home purchase.
