Greg is very detailed. He will take 3 to 4 hours to cover your whole home. Takes a lot of pictures and explains everything to you. I was very impressed and learned a lot about my new home in the process including things he recommended to upgrade.

Very thorough and informative, notes were shared in a consumable format and made the process easy to identify items for evaluation.

Bright Side came highly recommended and I know why. Greg was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patiently walked me through the entire house. I have a very good understanding of the condition and feel confident in moving forward. I highly encourage anyone who needs a home inspection to consider Bright Side.
