This place is truly a great place. I had my reservations at first because it was a smaller business, but once I learned that it was a small family own business and that it was intentional to prevent people from falling through the cracks. I became more interested. I have a family member who has been getting care and it has been a pretty smooth experience. The care is professional and high quality. I will be referring others. This is NOT a money hungry place where your just a number.. Thanks Brightside truly..
While others are upset at certain marketing ... I like that brightside has reached out in forgotten areas where elders are clearly in need of help and assistant and multiple services where brightside has helped.
