Car wash machine didn’t give me change. Receipt said go to cashier but there was no cashier. I contacted owner and was told I would receive a voucher for a car wash. That was 2 weeks ago and haven’t received anything. Also 2 vacuums were not working.
The machine didn’t dispense our $6 in change and you can’t leave a message on their phone line and there is no one around! 😡
worst car wash prob in Massachusetts...so ghetto you would think in belongs in Dorchester i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. things are always broken in the self wash change machine never has change machines never accept bills. This guy needs to sell this to someone who cares about service.
Horrible. Two vacuums broken, trash overflowing. Finally got a vacuum that worked and it sucked with the power of a Hoover from 1942. I have a problem every single time I come here. Shame on me. Last time.
Went there this past Sunday and the touch less wash stopped halfway through my wash and I had to go to the self rinse Bay and finish washing all the soap off. I found them on Facebook and sent a message. In less than 24 hours Barry responded with a free car wash on my next trip there. Great customer service and a great car wash!
Says always open. Drove there last night after the rain stopped at about 10:30 but car wash was not open???
