I had a scheduled window cleaning for today to arrive between 11-1:00. At 1:10 I called to inquire, and Jessica informed me that they changed the date of my service to tomorrow. I received no email, no phone call, nothing advising me of the date change. I cancelled the service all together and will find a company who values their long-term customers, which isn't this one. Do not make the same mistake we made! Avoid this company at all costs. They are a broker, and use contractors who caused damage to our home. We have used them for Christmas Light install for 3 years now, and this past year was a terrible experience. To be fair, we have appreciated their Christmas light install service in the past (2022 and 2023), but something has clearly changed. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. Shandrell accommodated our requests and Santiago and George did a fantastic job of cleaning our windows. We highly recommend them.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. We paid $3000 to have lights installed that kept going out 3 months after they were installed and now we have no lights working at all. When we called we were told we needed to pay a $300 warranty for them to come address the issue.
I recommend Bright to all my friends and neighbors. They can bring any yucky patio back to life. Customer service and quality control was great. I’m officially ready for spring!
