If I could give less then 1 star I would. We paid $3000 to have lights installed that kept going out 3 months after they were installed and now we have no lights working at all. When we called we were told we needed to pay a $300 warranty for them to come address the issue.
I recommend Bright to all my friends and neighbors. They can bring any yucky patio back to life. Customer service and quality control was great. I’m officially ready for spring!
Bright Services really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the exterior lights they installed on our house. They returned several times to fine tune the lighting without hesitation or making us feel unreasonable for asking for changes. Shandrell was friendly and professional annd responsive and so was Richie the installer. He even stopped by late in the day as the sun was going down to ensure things looked good. In the end we were very happy with the outcome and the price!
