Bright Properties is an excellent company to rent from! The staff are friendly and prompt communicators through email and text. They have clear policies for applications, lease agreements, rental collection, maintenance requests, and building rules. They are also proactive about any maintenance issues. I rented part of a triplex run by Bright Properties and it was probably the best housing decision I've ever made. Joleen assisted in the approval process making it as smooth as possible. I had easy communication with the managers throughout my tenancy with them. They were quick to respond by both phone and email. All maintenance requests were serviced promptly and any updates for tenants were delivered clearly and with advanced notice.
