Worst customer service. I’ve had panels installed on my house since last year that still are not connected. Company moves so slow. Now I’m paying a PG&E bill plus my additional solar bill for something I’m not even able to use. This whole company is a joke. Don’t use them find someone who will actually help you bc once you have issues you’re on your own. Read all the one star reviews all their claims is “that’s not us” you have the wrong company. Instead of fixing the actual issue at hand.
This company has taken 7 months from roof inspection to installation. We have waited for 45 days since the permit was finagled with the county and they still can’t get the right paperwork to the utility company to turn on the equipment.
