They are the most disrespectful shady people I have ever met. I went there 3 years and I had three different therapists not because I changed them but because they just the therapist don't like their job and today I found out why. I called the therapist to book an appointment now she told me I owed money when I didn't they cancel the therapist had canceled the previous appointment not me because I was in a car and I made it clear that I would still do the appointment she told me it wasn't a big deal that I wouldn't have to p... read more
Sharon (The owner) is a wicked old lady. She was so nasty to me on the phone. She told me “as long as she gets paid, she could give a damn”. Wow, they REALLY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS HERE AT ALL. DO NO GO TO THEM !!!!
Wish I had actually seen this prior to attending my one/only visit. Now they are charging 45$ no show fee because: First apt was on a Wednesday - at end we made an apt for each week for the next four weeks or so. They gave me printout, but I specifically asked if they send reminders and she told me they would call/text apt reminder. On Monday the following week I called to cancel the apt I had for that week (of which I was not sure when it was as I depend on the reminders) and she informed me that I actually had the apt ... read more
WARNING do not go to Bright Path Counseling Center. They are all about money. They do not care about people! My story, I was looking for a place to go to try to resolve some marital problems that we are experiencing. I arrived for the first time by myself, I was under the impression I was only there to fill out paper work.
