I would recommend Bright orthodontics to anyone looking for any type of orthodontic needs. Dr. Bright and his staff have taken care of my daughter through her orthodontic needs for well over a year and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My overall experience was great!! I was greeted once I opened the door. The staff was very friendly making me feel welcome and comfortable within treatment. I also was able to meet the great Dr.Bright he was nice and wise man assisting me with what was required along with manager Stephanie walking me through of what are the steps to acquire braces. Reminder for appointment was sent via text and I confirmed the appointment. Show up for the appointment and was told appointment has been rescheduled. Wish they could have inform me earlier😡Wasted my time rushing for the appointment. Your time is precious, so is mine!
So I really wasn’t going to do this but at this point I feel like I must. I am very disappointed with Bright Orthodontics. This place I've had my daughter in a contract for her braces for the past 1.5 years. They have not seen her since January 2020 due to some mix ups with appointments leading up to March and then now because I do not feel its safe for her to go because of COVID-19. I've made automatic payments on her account which I split with her mom. Never was late the first 18 months of the contract!
