I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THAT I WAS GETTING MY TOOTH PULLED WHILE TALKING TO THE DOCTOR HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I COULD GET MY TOOTH PULLED AND FIGURE OUT HOW I WANT TO SECURE THE BONE AFTER .MEANWHILE THEY HAD ME WAITING FOR ALMOST 45 MIN OR LONGER ONLY TO TELL ME I COULDNT GETVMY TOOTH PULLED UNLESS I WAY Paying for OTHER SERVICES. SO I LEFT CRYING AND IN OAIN BECAUSE THATS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHILE TALKING TO THE DOCTOR . NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER UNTIL AFTER TVE THE HOLIDAY . They held up my entire evening playing games with En

I once attended this dentistry and left because I felt they were all about the ##$. Well, my husband continued with them and to his surprise, because he felt he wanted a second opinion about a procedure they wanted to perform, they told him they no longer wanted to see him as a patient anymore. Their ethics and professionalism has much to be desired. My husband will be making a report with Delta Dental through SCAN within the week. Anyone who is young. Please find a dentist who cares about your oral health. This dentist has cost me many root canals. Emotionally and physically pain. Just because all they think about is making money. This man does not care about saving any teeth from cavaties or future root canals but would rather put his patients in long term devastation, especially young people. As they laid the news on me, they laughed, as they proposed another plan and pretend to "care". Please find another dentist that actually cares
