The doctor and staff were wonderful what a great experience when you go to the dentist would recommend them to anybody
From a technical standpoint, it was one of the most complete and thorough dental exams I’ve had however this was my first time coming into this practice and I definitely didn’t feel a warm fuzzy welcome at all pretty cold and not welcoming. Also, I was handed Spanish paperwork to complete. I’m not Spanish and I did not like that. The people were speaking Spanish in the room. I didn’t understand what they were saying. I will continue coming here though.
I went in with a chipped front tooth on 9-29. They looked at it and said I needed a filling but the first available time was 11-26. This is totally unacceptable. Thank goodness I was able to go to a different office that immediately took care of me.
