I set up an appointment for exam and cleaning for 8am. Finally at 9am, I get told the price of my cleaning. I agree and they then tell me that I’ll need to make an appointment for the cleaning when I asked that appointment would be for both and they confirmed yes. They then said that they would do it now. Finally after another hour of waiting I got my cleaning. I left at 12pm. Four hours, with no empathy, apology, or explanation is unacceptable. Called me 3 times for the same insurance info (I guess they lost it) Also waited in their lobby for more than an hour after my appointment time. After the third patient who arrived after I did was called back before me, I excused myself.
Una experiencia bastante desafortunada. Tienen pocos profesionales. No cumplen la hora de la cita. Fui atendida luego de 1:30 de espera y 45 minutos de la cita programada. El tratamiento muy costoso y salido de la realidad económica.
