This is the 3rd time horrible service. I spent over 2 thousand dollars on my previous visit and I come in today sitting in their patient chair for over 30 minutes; then they tell me I MUST reschedule because other people are getting more expensive work done. Since my cleaning today was only $45. They are horrible, money chasing. When I spend the 2 thousand dollars they were nice and took my money fast. Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled and still waited over 40 minutes with no updates from the staff. When I finally asked what was going on, they casually told me I would need to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect your time at all? On top of that, the front office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, they acted annoyed that I even asked. The customer service was professional. The wait was manageable and the facility was so clean and new. The staff made sure I felt comfortable.
