Horrible service My appointment was 1st at 9:00 i haven’t even gotten seen until 10:00. I came in the day before to make sure all the insurance stuff is settled and now when I’m here they tell me that the insurance wasn’t the correct one. That’s fine but they could have called me before or helped. I even pay for their bs yearly membership, I’m such a sucker for that. They over schedule patients so bring a book if you do come. An hour late from a 9:00 am appointment. They open at 9…
First time I went it was alright, the second appointment was just dreadful, I was there to have my permanent crown put in and I was an hour early, I had several people come in and look at my teeth, one assistant tried to take out temporary crown, but I was in so much pain I flinched, so they took an X-Ray then the dentist came in and was obviously not having a good day, said that there was air hitting the nerve this was the cause for the pain, which made sense and I understood, she tried to take off temporary crown, at this ... read more
Worst experience I have ever had and will never go to here again! Be aware that they will use any kind of special term to let your treatment not covered from your insurance. And you will get your bill out of surprise.
I'm experience was pretty awesome. They are awesome staff, careing, understanding. I had a health issue not caused by them and they were really sweet an careing. I do highly recommend this office :)
