HORRIBLE! Scheduled an urgent appointment with an Oral Surgeon for a biopsy. Called back two days later and told me their Oral Surgeon doesn't do biopsies. Seems like that's something they should know before scheduling.
Don't recommend. Rude dentist. Talks over you when you're speaking. Ignores your concerns. Stay away from Dr. Rebecca Ware.
I took time off work to visit Bright Dental in Norwalk .i was kept waiting for nearly an hour and a half to not do a service . They did take me back for X-rays which seemed mainly to process a charge through my insurance but when it came time to actually perform the procedure I was booked for, I was told they simply didn't have enough time left and that I would need to come back another day. This is the 3rd time horrible service. I spent over 2 thousand dollars on my previous visit and I come in today sitting in their patient chair for over 30 minutes; then they tell me I MUST reschedule because other people are getting more expensive work done. Since my cleaning today was only $45. They are horrible, money chasing. When I spend the 2 thousand dollars they were nice and took my money fast.
