For the past year, every time we come to our appointments we just sit around. I have asked the office people why do we have an appointment if we are going to be treated like a walk in? It makes no sense to even make an appointment, if we have to wait forever to be called back. We have been clients at this location for ten years. My wife and I were scheduled for regular cleaning dental appointments but ended up with deep cleaning based on the recommendation of Dr. Pooja Patel. However, it.was more expensive than we had anticipated but with outstanding service results. We were also pleased with Dr. Pooja Patel and her staff that made us feel welcome. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, virtually gave us the royal treatment. Highly Recommended!!!!!! But let me explain why because the proof is in the pudding! Griselda & Monique in the front office have been nothing short of helpful and accommodating. They worked with myself & children ( which is 5 in total) to get us in and be seen as soon as possible. They handled our situations with the upmost care and explained which treatments were time sensitive with educational facts.
