Very nice staff, explained my procedure flawlessly, was in an out in about 1 hour
The office clinic was neat looking. Receptionist courteous, forthcoming with information on charges. Ease of scheduling at end of appointment. Hygeinist was gracious and patient with me and my 3-month old baby.
I visited this place once because they took Medicaid and immediately noticed how dirty it was. They never called to update me on my insurance approval for a deep cleaning but kept hounding me to schedule. Turns out, my insurance denied it because my x-rays showed I only needed a regular cleaning — something Bright Now never mentioned. It was a nightmare trying to get my x-rays sent over to switch practices. I told them I wasn't coming back, yet they still constantly call to schedule. Avoid this place.
