Wish I would have read google and yelp reviews before becoming a patient! DO NOT GO HERE! After selling their services they have zero interest in customer care or service. After extremely painful few days of procedures they told me I needed, months later received a outrageous bill that was not even close to the amount I agreed and signed for at Time of service. Not impressed by them, it took them 5 months & 3 messages for them to call me back. You can't understand the doctor with her heavy accent. She doesn't explain procedures well, the assistant has to do that. I am going to change offices, due to lack of concern & knowledge. I had to complete my implant with them & was and am very unhappy, the quality of the tooth is in the shape of a ball not a tooth. I don't usually write negative reviews but I wanted people to be warned. I go to the dentist religiously every 6 months. Brush and floss etc. I switched to them because they accepted Medicaid. After waiting over an hour for my appointment, they tried telling me I needed a "deep cleaning" for gum disease. Not only that, but I couldn't get my cleaning done until I booked another visit and then I would need another appointment after that to get my teeth polished. I've never ever been told that.
