Good work and nice staff but they over book patients and jump around. What should have been less than 1 hour procedure toom nearly 3 hours with the bulk of the time sitting and waiting. 5 min impressions became 25 min. Disappointing, I heard great things and was very hopeful when switching to this dentist.
Nice people but They had me waiting for a cleaning for over an hour. At least 5 people checked in after me and ALL went in before me. All they said to me was sorry and gave me no reason to why. I feel they were just taking advantage of me being a first time patient. I'm sure their loyal to their current clients but I'm glad to take my business else where.
The visit went very well. Was taken care of in a very professional way. When I had me deep cleaning, the hygienist was very, very good. It was a painless procedure. Very satisfied with my visit.
I was impressed with the professional and friendly attitude of the staff. The office was clean and attractive. I was most impressed by the explanation of my current dental health and the honesty of the dentist. I would recommend this office!
