I’ve been a patient for six months. I’ve had several major procedures done since January. I’ve had an appointment for 2 weeks. Today I’m in the chair and all the sudden the dentist decides they want some note from my doctor to do any work. They were well aware I had an appointment for weeks, waited until I’m in the chair and then decide they want me to get my doctor to fill out a form. Call center made appointment for me ,said they had lab.THEY LIE! At my apptt. Very unpro, they were scooping me into net! I left.no help at all.

I couldn’t possibly recommend this office to anyone based on the cruelty and incompetence their staff displayed. My appointment was at the end of the day, and it was clear everyone just wanted to go home, as they were all rushed and I did not receive my full treatment. I had insurance and proof of insurance that they were in my network but they denied me the services I was owed and charged me out of pocket even though I was not responsible for the payment.
