Horrible service, they try to push sales. They tried to overcharge me triple the amount of what I would actually need to pay with my insurance, it didn’t seem right to me so I reached out to my insurance, they were charging me 1k+ for a procedure then I should’ve only been paying 500 most for my procedure and other things. I went in for a cleaning. My mother is a dental assistant and I had recently gotten x-rays, so I had a good idea of how my teeth were doing: one small potential cavity. When I got there, Dr. Richard Guttierrez told me I had over 8 cavities!!! The hygienist also recommended an expensive and painful procedure for my gums. Watch out! 3 months later I went to a different dentist in Temecula, and they saw NO cavities.
I always have a great experience at this dental office. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk receptionist Savannah was especially friendly and helpful—check-in was smooth, and she makes scheduling and insurance questions easy to understand. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend 😊👍🏽👍🏽
The best dentist I've ever been to! They are very gentle and really take the time to work with you on your dental issues. I have to have periodontal treatment for the next two years and the deep cleanings have been excellent with no pain! I highly recommend them and have even recommended them to family members.
