I went to this location for about 2 years. It is a touch and go type of place, which is not my style. Lots of up selling of services. Overall, not for me.
Got my teeth cleaned yesterday. Felt great. No problems, fast and friendly. I appreciate setting my every six month cleaning up every time.
Extremely hard to schedule an appointment. Front desk unprofessional and doesn’t pickup. Booking online doesn’t work.
The cleaning was great; however, they tried to say I had the start of a cavity and wanted to charge me $850 for one filling despite having great dental insurance (I didn't have a cavity). The reality is they are a DSO and owned by Smile Brands, which is owned by private equity. They have quotas to meet and upsell their patients. Avoid at all costs.
