I can see why this place gets such low ratings. I came in for an emergency appointment with the oral surgeon. After about 60 seconds of talking to me and giving my mouth a cursory glance, he announced he was referring me to a specialist (I had already been referred to him... a supposed specialist). He then gave me a referral to UW's office of student dentistry. 3 week wait for a normal cleaning 🤣🤣🤣 and the provider took a quick peak at my mouth and sent me off to someone else with a referral that’s gonna take another few weeks🤦♂️🤦♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤣🤣👀👀🫡🫡
I'm disabled and have a service dog. Everyone was very accommodating and thoughtful. The office manager even said she would sit with Buster if I needed her to. By far the best treatment to a dental (and many other medical providers) office in decades!
Unprofessional and unreachable - please read the rest of the reviews before booking an appointment here. If you have any concerns after your appointment or need to cancel or reschedule, you cannot reach them - their phone number (including the one they will auto-reply with here) will never be picked up and their voicemail box is full, so you can’t leave a voicemail. They weren’t sure they had time to do a cleaning at my scheduled exam (?) and diagnosed me with 5 cavities even though I’ve been seeing a dentist every 6 months ... read more
We are just traveling through the Seattle area. I developed a tooth ache and my daughter recommended calling them. They were able to get me in that day in Northgate. After the exam determined I needed an extraction they helped me find a surgeon that could see me within a couple of days. They were very helpful.
