Staff are friendly enough but communication and transparency is lacking. Check ups cleanings and treatments like fillings are all scheduled as separate visits Which end up requiring separate payments and co.Payments.
Professional and courteous atmosphere.
I loved Dr Park, she was quick and informative. I do wish they'd get more hygienists (they said they're working on it) so I could get check ups WITH cleanings and it wouldn't be so hard to schedule, but the office staff, especially Kathleen, has gone out of their way to accommodate me as a snowbird with a weird schedule, calling me several times to offer cancellation slots. Eventually we found a good one! Fall 2024 and March 2025 -Hygienist Bianca was gentle, quick and kind.
Always thorough in dental procedures. Staff is very professional and have good attitudes.
