I walked into the Bright Now office in Menifee and was instantly greeted with a positive experience. Miriam and the front reception area and Dr. Sherpa were professional and engaging as they worked with me during my initial visit. Such a great establishment!
Terrible. I had crown came off and I want to cement it back and when I scheduled appt i made clear the reason why I need to see dentist urgently. They still booked me and then I went to office far away and I filled all new pt form, they took my X ray and then dentist came to just tell me that they don’t provide that service unless they have done it. I took time off work and it wasted my 3 hours. They should have checked with dentist first before scheduling me. Never going again.
Pleasantly surprised,super nice staff,and great dentist. No up sales, just facts of what I needed. Thank you for your honesty
My dad is been going to this office for couple of years and every time he is being treated very good with respect and care I highly recommend this dental office
