Dentist, hygienist, x-ray technician, receptionist were all very nice, helpful, caring, and respectful. However, the person that presented me with the treatment options and costs started showing impatience when I asked questions. To top it off, she became very rude when none of the dates she had available for me to make an appointment suited my schedule. She then asked me to call later but told me that the dentist was completely booked for a month. She went back to her computer and completely ignored me.
I would recommend this place solely because of dr.castillo and her team, I love her!!! I always feel like she ACTUALLY cares and she listens and is so patient!!!
They are professional, courteous and friendly.

The staff, The Dentist's are so welcoming. I've always had a hard time with dental visits, but, with Bright Now dentistry I feel safe and comfortable! Thank you.... What an amazing team!
