They have the best staff and treat my family great the work they do there is only the best and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
Let's be real: going to the dentist isn't fun when you need work done. It can be uncomfortable and painful and take a fair amount of time out of the day. That being said, when an office goes above and beyond to make the experience as painless, even pleasant, as possible, it's greatly appreciated. My dentist, Dr. Thomas, is a self-proclaimed perfectionist (isn't that what you want in a dentist?) with excellent craftsmanship and technique. I would rate this facility at six stars if I could! Dr. Galligan is the most gentle, compassionate, and competent dentist I have ever had. The staff is awesome, especially Karyn Weiss, a very caring and high energy dental assistant. Thanks for what you do!
Do NOT pay the co-pay! I have been there twice and have been overcharged both times! The first time was paid on a credit card and when the overcharge was noticed I did not have the credit card anymore--Bright now issued me a refund check and when I took it to Bank of America there was a $10.00 fee to cash it. Now the 2nd time I paid in cash $14.00 (I have the reciept) I discovered I was overcharged when my EOB was sent to me from the insurance company.
