I enjoyed my visit, for the most part, the work was up to par and I felt so comfortable when they took me back. My only complaint is the older receptionist woman, i believe her name is Donna or Debra. She seemed so aggravated and not very personable at all. If i could suggest anything, I would say that she could be a little more friendly because her personality reminded me that of a troll. Aside from that, great job by everyone else and thank you for quality service.

Spent 2.5 hours of my time in this office. I provided insurance that covers the dental services with $0 copay. They presented me with a bill after x-ray for $65 and refused to provide service that is already covered by my insurance. I was given the choice to pay or leave the office. I decided to leave and called to my insurance. My insurance explained to me that they were trying to charge me extra for a service that I did not need. I had a lot of problems with my teeth . I had a terrible experience in the past with a dentist,so I prolonged going back to the dentist. I finally went to Bright Now Dental and the experience was awesome. The staff is great, and I walked out with a beautiful smile...Thanks

I recently had an upper rear crown procedure by Dr. Maryam Habibi at Bright Now! Dental in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and am very pleased with her professional service and approach. The facilities were spotless and the staff were friendly and reassuring, which, importantly, imparted a relaxed and comforting atmosphere. DO NOT go there! I never left any bad review online and because of the horrible experience at Bright now dental, congratulations, you made my the first review! I rencenly just moved to Frederick and trying to schedule a routine cleaning with new dentist. Before I move, I had my teeth cleaning done two a year at a clinic in Bowie, MD and had the same insurance plan for years. I see other reviewers who have reported complaints. The dentist about whom they were describing is no longer at the practice, and has been replaced with an excellent dentist. Over the years, I've had numerous crowns and surgeries. I have found Bright Now Dental to have competitive pricing, excellent comprehensive dental care and a professional staff that makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience. If I have dental pain, I am confidant that I will walk out pain-free. Isn't that what we all want?!

TERRIBLE!!!!! These are the worst human beings. My husband and I are returning customers (would only be the 2nd return) right now he is in excruciating pain so I'm trying to get a hold of our dentist I talked to some miserable person who asked me to hold. So I waited 30 minutes listening to their terrible glitchy hold recording, ended up hanging up. So I call back and I get the "does not exist" dial tone after listing to the menu.
