I never write reviews, but this Dentist office is too bad. I don’t know if this is isolated to my dentist and the office in Waterford Lakes area or a general problem 1. Scheduling appointment - The person taking X-rays was making the appointments over the phone and she did not know how to use the system. It took her 11 minutes to get me an appointment 2. Rude front desk employee in Chandler. I was turn down from my appointment as I was 9 min late, when inquire, the manger says it is 10 mins grace period from the appointment time

WE love this place! We relocated to Virginia from Georgia back in June 2022; while browsing on Google in hopes of finding a good dentist and close office, I came up on Bright Now, read the reviews and was impressed. They should be proud of each other,what a qualified team they have. Treated so kindly, explaining procedure I needed and received nothing but quality work. I'm so proud to smile again, thanks to this team,the dr.was amazing and everyone working with her. I recommend Bright Now to anyone. Best experience I've ever had. Dr.Zaepfel gives a painless shot. I can't say enough good. They are the best. Love Dr.Zaepfel.

Bright Now Dental was the only dentist I could find who gave me an urgent appointment within 24 hours, and has very affordable rates which are better than my other dentist on the same dental plan. The staff is very friendly, fast, and caring, Dr Kumar is very knowledgeable.

Just got my new crowns and bridge after an extensive redoing of my upper front teeth. It was an ordeal, but Dr. Rosa really fixed me up after cavity work, bridge work, and root canal work. I just want to thank the staff at Newport Dental, La Sierra, Riverside, for taking care of my dental problems over the years. I'm teary-eyed in gratitude for the dentists who are smart enough, skilled enough, and dedicated enough to take care of us and send us out with a smile. Jack Johnston

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this office today and i will make sure that I post this review on every avenue possible. I called them today for an emergency extraction and the receptionist, Misty, gave me the impression that they can perform molar extraction and had me come in right away.
