Awfulll. I had an infecting root canal and all they did was fill it and made it worse. I had to got to Solon smiles which fixed me up and made it so much better. Brightnow dental front desk lady Shannon was rude told me to be “shut up” so she can get over her panic attack cause she was overwhelmed. Very rude front staff and back staff well speaks for itself trying to mask my infection with a filler which obviously made it worse.
Madeline the hygienist was fantastic! She was kind, considerate , caring and very thorough!! She is also a lovely person!
Great place and wonderful customer service. My son is 4 years old and he was a little nervous getting a cap, but they made it easy peasy.
Ania was great! Such a wonderful attitude, and excellent at her job! The staff is also fantastic. Looking forward to continuing working with them, fixing my smile.
