Seriously, some of these reviews are rediculous! The office was clean and spacious all their xray equiptment was new, I was able to make an appointment very quickly and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was clueless how my insurance worked but I am happy with their recommendation of Brite Now.
So I went here after one of my tooth hurt. Once I got my teeth x-rayed I was shamed by the dentist. I was 18 years old at the time and she kept asking “do I need to tell your mother?” It is not her business about my past. If she would have asked I would have told her as a child I was never given proper dental care. I was just trying to make my life better after years of being neglected and finally old enough to make my own decision. But she shamed me and made me feel uncomfortable. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was warm and friendly. I'm looking forward to having all my dental work done at this dental office.
wasted hours of my family's time. the one hygienist seems to genuinely care but most of the staff doesn't seem to care much at all
