I had a horrible experience at this location in Fountain Valley. I can't speak for their other locations but this location was absolutely horrible. I have never seen a dentist office that was so unprofessional and unorganized and they do not cater to the patients at all. First when I walked in I wasn't greeted at all. Receptionist looks like she didn't want to be there. She was talking to a another dentist and they both just stared as I walked in. I had to speak first and that's a major NO! Very good service! I have been going to the fountain valley location amd have been really pleased. I always feel welcomed and treat as if i were family. Thank you Fountain valley staff!
