Don't book with the periodontist I have had and appointment scheduled FOR MONTHS AND HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED EVERY TIME AS IF IM NOT IN DIRE NEED OF AN APPOINTMENT... THAN WANT TO CHANGE THE DAY TO THE NEXT DAY AS IF I DIDNT HAVE TO ALREADY REQUEST TIME OFF FOR THE DAY OF. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. AVOID IF POSSIBLE..

I called last week to schedule a root canal and told them over the phone exactly what tooth and the person on the phone recommended I do an extraction instead. She said that insurance will cover it and they won’t cover the root canal. So I made an appointment for today because I’m in a lot of pain. As soon as the dentist looked at the X-rays he said he couldn’t do the extraction or the root canal. It was a complete waste of time.

I went to the dentist for an extraction I had already paid for the extraction. I had an appointment after to get the stitches removed. They cancelled my appointment due to no provider. I reached out days later and no response. I called and called and after 2 weeks I was able to get a hold of them... I finally scheduled the appointment for the stitches to be removed after the two weeks. I didnt receive good service but I got a bill in the mail for a $468.80 after I had already paid the fee since the beginning. Terrible Sevice... read more
