I came in for a simple cleaning for my wife and I. Mind you, I have full dental coverage for the both of us. They wanted to add some antibiotic for gum disease, they gave me an estimate of about 1000 dollars, which they stated was not covered by insurance. I paid it. Months later, I receive another bill for 25 dollars. I paid it. Recently received another bill "Forwarded balance" for nearly 500 dollars. I was referred here by my insurance and all I have to say is that trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare 45 minutes on hold the first time. the ortho was very nice but front office personell was the so rude and under experienced the second call I made I was put on hold 3 times for about 15 minutes each I am really dissapointed with this place it feels like a fast food place your in and your out in 20 minutes plus I got a really bad root canal job I would definatelly not refer anyone here.
