Needed a crown, got one. Quick and easy. This is the 21st century, ut was not at all uncomfortable. They know what they are doing. And act as a smooth running team.
Prices are way to high, I needed a cleaning and they suggested a deep cleaning but the cost was way to much so i just wanted a regular cleaning and they would not do it so I canceled with them. They also did crowns and fillings and now my teeth are more sensitive than they were before all of that. I do find it funny that the office replies to reviews that are good, but has not replied to this one.
Thank you Dr.Frank and your team for giving me back my smile my mojo my zing...my super power. Without a smile for so long is kryptonite to self esteem.
I've been using them for a few years now and overall they do a pretty good job. With the Bright Now Dental group, I've had to reschedule more than a couple times with the hygienist not being available and even had to switch locations. The last time I went , the front desk lady was different from earlier this year and she almost made me do a deep clean, which is quite pricey (no insurance coverage) because she mistook me for another patient.
