I am patient here and the service was really bad. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I was there early since 10am. They made me sit in X-ray room waiting an 1 hour and half they said they will help me but they didn’t. Then the doctor came and left immediately going from one patient to another. They don’t care about the person and made me wait until 2pm. I left the office and wasn’t satisfied with the service.
Our appointment was at 9:30 am and we waited for an hour! Really bad service
My experience has always been the best! I have been a patient of Bright Now Dental, for over 20 plus years which, has allowed me to have the opportunity to receive great Dental service from the past and current team. Kudos to Ms. Susie and her staff for always displaying professionalism and dedication. Zero stars. This is the absolute worst dental practice ever. Set a new patient appointment for your entire family and wait an hour before they even give you the paperwork, much less be seen. No apologies, just irresponse that this is normal and they're under staffed. Wait for 2 hours for your kids to be seen only to be told that the dentist is too busy to share her treatment plan with you for the kids so an untrained dental assistant, not even a certified one, will provide all the information you need.
