This agency has too many changes with orthodontist, they all do different things and they don't finish the treatment as they should have or as scheduled. Horrible service
Everything is good the staff is friendly and helpful just the wait is way too long my mom had an appointment at 10am and didn't get called in until a hour later
It took 2 hours for a cleaning. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before being taken to the X-ray room, which had a broken chair, causing the foot rest to drag on the floor. I was placed in the X-ray room for at least 15 minutes before anyone came back to take my X-rays. In fact, I was left in there so long the motion activated ceiling lights turned off twice.
