I had the best experience I have ever had with a dental office from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, the general dentist and the oral surgeon. I was having a dental emergency and made an appt with the office as a first time patient. As soon as I walked in the door everyone was so kind, efficient and helpful. They got me back quick for X-Rays, and the general dentist came in and was so kind. He explained everything to me and advised that I would need some wisdom teeth extractions. Avoid this place. Office is dirty and outdated. The Director of First Impression was rude and unwelcoming. sorry for wasting my time there. Looks like no one interested in good care.
Im Spanish and today I had a bad experience with this Spanish lady the ingienist. She would not let you talk and when she talk was in the worst way I've been treated. The Puertorican dentist is not that good either.
Was scheduled at the wrong location. Was forced to have a full set of X-rays even though I asked not to, was made to feel guilty because I didn’t want to return to the location more than 40 minutes from where I live. Will not use Bright Now ever again
