These guys sucked. Made me do a run around on a misdiagnosis for a tooth. Steer clear from anyone that does root canal treatment. Also they use a robot to reply to comments because they are too scared to do a humanly reply.
8/12/25 I had another positive experience at Bright Now Dental in Castro Valley. I ordered a mouthguard and it seems to be working out really well! Definitely so far, so good!! I was pleasantly surprised! I had a pain-free experience, while taking care of a couple of filling replacements with Dr.Kellie Kang. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including her assistant, Janeth and the receptionists, too.
