Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went quickly and smoothly.
We have been going to the Castro Valley Bright Now! Dental for over five years I have to say our experience has gone downhill. It is an unfortunate situation where our insurance companies put doctors in the positions to upsell extras to you that you do not actually need. I had one receptionist that was quite rude and aggressive and told me since I didn’t want the deep cleaning or the extra things, the doctor suggested, at a cost of $500, that they may not be able to do the basic cleaning.
