We’ve moved! We combined our office with two other practices in our dental family and permanently closed our location at 188 Founders Parkway. Our last day seeing patients was October 31. My daughter and I waited over an hour at Bright Now Dental this morning. The dentist finally showed up 30 minutes late to actually open the office door. Then after waiting another 30 minutes inside the office, he came out to let everyone know that he could not locate ANY of his staff and so he didn’t know what to do. I have never experienced such a joke in a medical profession. I missed close to two hours of work and my daughter missed over an entire class period and we didn't even get seen!
I hadn't been to the dentist in years but they made me feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of. Will definitely be returning. Love this staff! ❤️
Through out all the visits I’ve been to, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Will not plan on going anywhere else in the future and also following up with their orthodontist. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family
I’ve had a $50 credit with this office for a year. (I opted out of the fluoride and mouth cancer screening at my last appointment) They promised they would send it to me but here we are a year later and I still don’t have it. I have called to ask and request it but I get the run around every time. I do not recommend Bright Now Dental. They are not honest. They also use Smile Brands for financing and look out for that.
