I was absolutely terrified about going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in, the entire staff put me at ease. They were so patient, kind, and understanding about my fears, which made a huge difference. The procedure itself was surprisingly pain-free, which I honestly didn’t expect at all. One and done. First and last visit. Where do I begin. I completed paperwork prior to my appointment and still waited over 30 and the waiting room was not crowded. The office manager does not have a professional manner. Apparently, the hygienist was running behind, so before I’m aware of what’s going on, the front desk receptionist is sitting chairs side with me saying “ I’m going to just brush your teeth before the hygienist comes in she’s running late.” I said “what?” She said and used air quotes, “professionally brush”. My experience with Melissa taking X-rays was very good. I’m not an easy patient. She was funny, reassuring and good at her job. Dr. Sandra is always the best at explaining the need for dental preventive care without being condescending.
