I was given a quote for a crown, scheduled the procedure & had the work done 5 days later. When I checked out, my debit card was overcharged by $692.00. I went back later the same day to get this corrected, and was told that my refund had to be processed by their corporate office & that it typically takes 30 days. I could somewhat understand this if I had used a credit card, but I used my debit card & the funds were taken directly out of my bank account. Best dentist office!! All the people that work here are amazing. Dr Sandra Henein is wonderful and when she works on my 🦷 is painless and she is very considerate towards her patients. I have always have a little bit of fear when I had to go to the dentist before, but NOT anymore thanks to her. She will be my Dentist forever 💯
