I took my 8-year-old daughter to this dentist, Dr. Bobby Afrooz, to have two teeth extracted. In the process he broke one of her lower front adult teeth. I didn't know about it until we were walking out of the office, when my daughter said "I am mad at that dentist. He broke my front tooth!" I bent down to look and sure enough, the tooth was broken. I took my daughter in for her 6 months check-up. They told me that she needed sealant/fillers on 3 molars and filling one 1 molar for the cavity. Red Flag #1- the dental assistant showed me which ones they were then changed her mind. You can't changed your mind when the bill tells you the teeth number. Red Flag #2- the front biller did not want to take time to explain to me what I was being charged and would repond with a negative attitude each time I would asked a question or walk away. Absolutley the WORST ... this place is a scam.. I have talked to no less than 7 people .. Marissa, Rosie, Dean,Natalie, Erica, Dina and Dianna...whom cannot explain what I am being charged for!! I have cash receipts for every service... They have double billed my Insurance This Place is a SCAM stay away...
Terrible dentist. These guys must be serving community service for crimes against the uninsured. They gave me a bad filling, then it fell out. The tooth now needs a root canal, but my insurance does not pay for root canal. They wont repair the bad work they did. You will wait hours to finally get in. When you do you will be met with the rudest people you can imagine. Twice they failed to send in the preauthorizations for my treatments.
