I won't even rate this place because they do NOT deserve it. Run for your lives. This place is full of liars and scammers. I was informed I had periodontal disease, bone loss and that my back teeth were in bad shape. I wanted a 2nd opinion and went to Soft Touch Dental in Gresham. Not informing them that this was the case, I got my xrays and the dentist told me my teeth were in great shape. Your staff was very understanding of my anxiety and fear of the dentist. They made me very comfortable and made the appointments easy to go through. Thank you very much for treating me with such kindness.
I avoided the dentist for years due to a horrible experience and just plain I never liked going. However some issues in my mouth forced me back, these ladies were the closest in plan office and even though they can't work around all my cavities and issues they have made me not dread going. Nina was very kind and helpful doing my X-Rays and admitted she too has trouble with them. Sydney was so sweet and friendly while irrigating my teeth/gums. I am so happy to have found Bright Now Dental. Both dentists I have seen really knew their stuff - talking about research, best practice, the latest journal article they read - and they took good care of my mouth. The assistants have been very kind, and quite knowledgeable. The office people do a wonderful job - they take their time to explain exactly what I need to know and answer all my questions. And the prices are much more affordable than anywhere else around here. Thanks!!
