Made me go through x rays and consultation just to diagnose but no treatment due to having medical iehp after going in for an emergency appointment due to pain. Now I have to go to a different provider and clinic to everything all over again, just wished they hadn't wasted my time.
Took my mom, waited 1 hour after her appointment time. The prices are exuberant! Nice office but their costs are out of the reach of an elderly with Social Security income and using Medical. They said Medical doesn’t cover all the costs. Unfortunately not what she can afford.
Not impressed at all. Explanation of services and what to expect very poor.
Kinda frustrated with them due to the fact that they had to reschedule my deep cleaning appt the day before my appointment because they hygienist changed her availability.which they failed to reach out and let me know .Then they rescheduled my appt and wasn’t going to be until a month later and then the appt finally came around and now they have to reschedule me again because they failed to tell me my routine X-rays are due and the hygienist can’t do anything until that’s done ….
Thank you guys you do a great job and have a great staff i will definitely recommend and make this my regular dentist
