HORRIBLE horrible horrible service. Look over 2 hours to be seen just to be told I need to reschedule for a cleaning. Avoid at all costs.
2nd time in was a curse!Worst freaking experience! Scheduled for a root canal got that part done and they sent me in the waiting room.1.5 hours later I asked what was going on. They put me in a chair gave me more novacane and sat there for another 45 minutes. I finally got up and asked what the hell was happening and the receptionist says " sorry " and has to schedule me for another appointment. STAY AWAY.
When I received the reminder call, I asked how much the cleaning would be I was told $19. When I signed in, I asked again and was told $57. When I was checked in and completed the paperwork, I was told $88. I don't appreciate being told three different amounts, it is unprofessional and causes confusion. Update: April 1, 2026 I arrived an hour early due to transportation and had to wait due to arriving early which was understandable. my appt was 2 pm . I was there 2hrs. They for got about me while on the dentist chair. I finally got up and left. Wasting my time! Next time I'll go somewhere else.
AVOID this place at all cost, they left my mom wit half work done, they dropped her due to the "insurance" this and that, instead of giving her choises of what can be done. my mom cant eat, lost so much weight due to all the ground down teeth they left her with, soar, sensitive with cold and hot, and the run around is rediculouse, not to mention the wrong fitment of teeth when she went back to get the crouns put in. my dentist has confirmwd the bad work done that should of never taken place.
