I came into the office a month ago and gave my insurance information. I was told it was okay. I arrived to my appointment on Wednesday March 4th at 8:00 AM just to be told my insurance was assigned to another office. Why couldn't you tell me that a month ago

This is outrageous. The workers have NO respect to people's time. The first appointment my husband had, he had to sit there for 2 hours just waiting for the doctors to get to him. He got no cleaning (even initially this was the goal of the appointment). They scheduled another appointment for him in 2 weeks. A day before his appointment he gets an email requesting to confirm his appointment which he did. Then the clinic sends him a text that his appointment is confirmed and they are looking forward to seeing him. This morning... read more

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. I came in needing a significant amount of dental work and was extremely anxious about the entire process. From the very beginning, the dentist and staff were incredibly accommodating, supportive, and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout each appointment.
