The male receptionist, Hector (if I have his name correct), is often rude and unprofessional, which only adds to the frustrating experience. The two workers at the front desk are very unprofessional very rude and disrespectful and also after you make your appointment over the phone and provide your insurance information everything matches up until you get 2 smile Bright dental then the receptionist tells you there's something wrong with your coverage they're going to need your social security card number I believe the two desk workers are committing fraud with patience social security numbers they run the same line to every patient that comes in there I do not tr... read more
I've been a patient for several years and have always been pleased with their care.
The reception Mexican guy has an attitude problem, he said I couldn't get my teeth white because its luxury, the dentist guy did get my teeth white, but they took forever to do my teeth, all the rest of the staff is really nice.
