The dentists here are great . Very clean office and I never had a bad experience with the dentists. They are extremely money hungry though. Every-time I go here I feel as though they try to make me pay for something unexpected and unnecessary. It’s very frustrating. They refused to offer me more affordable options. They’ve attempted to give me a new bill literally every single time I come. I can come for a regular cleaning and they would tell me I need antibiotics for $300 per side. Scheduling is on the corporate level (Greed), an 8:00 appointment turned into a 8:40 appointment. No employees were even inside until 8:15, then traffic issues happened. It was after 9:00 when the simple cleaning was completed. When will overbooking end, or why does it start before employees start work?

I was told by the very disrespectful supervisor that I need to find a new dentist and not to come back because she didn't like that I was asking her questions about a referral for oral surgery that was supposed to be sent out 6 months ago and never was sent out. Frank lied to her and told her that he didn't tell me that the referrals weren't sent out but I have the phone logs and records of the calls of him saying that he would have the supervisor call me about the issue and she never did.
