The staff was efficient. I had been in pain for 5 days by the time I went to Bright now. The dentist started my treatment plan the very first day and when I left there I was not in pain. Of course I was numb because I had a cavity filled and a root canal prep. After the numbness went away the pain was also gone.
service is okay. wait times are genuinely horrible do not come here if you can’t stay atleast 2 hours waiting. i’m literally here right now. waited 30 minutes just to get any service and then once they took me in the back i waited well over an hour just sitting here. they then came , looked at my teeth and are now making me wait again
