I requested a regular cleaning. I've had the procedure at past dentist. I was told that they would only do a deep cleaning, I had one done 1 year ago. I have very good teeth, but was told that I needed $2,590.00 work after the insurance portion. Just money driven organization.

Unprofessional Scheduling Experience, Appointment Canceled After Confirmation: I had a very unprofessional experience with Bright Now Dental today. I initially contacted the Limonite Avenue location in Eastvale to check for availability around 4:00 PM. I was told there were no openings at that location, but the staff checked nearby offices and confirmed that the Hamner Avenue location had an available 4:00 PM appointment, which they scheduled for me over the phone. Very disorganized and a complete waste of time. We had an appointment scheduled for 12:30, but when we arrived we were told the hygienist was out for lunch. Instead of honoring the appointment, they sent us to a second office. When we got to the second location and explained the situation, they told us they couldn’t do an X-ray or a cleaning anyway. At that point there was no reason for us to be there, so we left. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and no respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this place.

Do not go here. Bad experience. We’re very disappointed. We came here for teeth cleaning and they are telling you need deep cleaning which is not covered by insurance and needs to be out-of-pocket even if you just want the regular cleaning. Waste of time.

Do not go there , I went there to get my Teeth clean and they said we recommended to do deep cleaning and they Estimated $3204 and they said you will be paying $710 and rest Insurance pay. I told him I only need a teeth clean they said no we only can do deep cleaning, I called my insurance My insurance said you shouldn’t be paying anything deep cleaning if they are charging extra, we can File grievance . Please, before you go there double check with your Insurance if they are not scamming.
