I took my 4 year old son to Bright now for his first check up..... I can not believe how we were treated by the dental hygienist and the dentist. They were rude to my son, was not helpful and made my son terrified of the dentist now. He was so excited to see the dentist and have his teeth cleaned and they completely ruined that for him. First, his appt. was at 8:45 we did not get called back until 9:20. I LOVE BRIGHT NOW DENTAL, THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME OUT WITH QUESTIONS I HAVE ABOUT MY INSURANCE OR TREATMENT. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND ALL THE YOUNG LADYS GREET ME BY MY NAME WITH THEIR BEAUTIFUL SMILES. I WOULDNT DREAM OF GOING TO ANOTHER OFFICE!
I'd give no stars if it were an option! I went to Bright Now dental instead of our regular family dentist for some dental work my son needed. Bright Now accepted both of his insurances and was going to save us over $800. They gave my five year old son a root canal. Later that day when I called to let them know he was in quite a bit of pain, and wanted to know what I could give him (or if they would perscribe something like the pharmasist suggested) I was unable to reach them.
