Dr Rico is the best! Listens to patients concerns , takes time to explain and answer any questions .Excellent chair side manner especially with people that have anxiety with dentists and procedures. Highly recomend. Only negative is, sometimes difficult to get through to talk to staff via phone calls.
I wouldn’t waste your time going to this dental office. getting an appointment is super hard took months to get one. They always hang up on you when you call. As a matter of fact, it takes months to just get a hold of someone to make an appointment. They say to book it online and they never get back to anyone.
Staff is great the hygienist care really good and i love my dentist.They have a new mgr in Mentor and he's great .Front desk staff knows how to treat customers .my My family gets cleaning xrays and have even gotten other dental work such as partial and fillings.This office gets very busy as they are one of the better locations and worth the wait
