Very professional and clean lovely staff
I just had to the best care ever here today from the hygienist. He went above & beyond & fit me into his incredibly busy schedule. I have been needing a deep cleaning but needed the diagnosis first. All was done today. Honestly I was skeptical because of the negative reviews but I didnt run into issues I was worried I would. However I will say my appointment was a 8am & they didn’t call me back till 8:24am. Appointment and que seems to be a joke at this place. Came on time before scheduled appointment time and noticed 3 ppl who came after me went in prior to me. When i inquired after 40 min wait - they informed there was a mix up and accidentally swapped my spot. Even after that no efforts to prioritize or resolve the mix up.
Did not do a good cleaning at all
