This place is horrible..they over book apts and you have to wait for hours.. one time they told me to come in then after about 45 minutes they call me and said you have no apointment cause your dentures didn't come in then I said why didn't someone call me they just shrug the shoulders not good ....The bathroom is dirty and stinky who wants to use a bathroom so darn dirty.i told the lady in the front she said well I cleaned it yesterday. My daughter needs major work done On her teeth (shes been in pain for some time now so this is a major stressor) and I took her to the north olmsted location (i havent had any issues with the NO location at all!! ) and they had me go to the steelyard location because they said she needed to be sedated for the work she needs done. This dental office was great until recent visit we saw a new dentist and I noticed she did not change gloves or wash hands between patients. My daughter has a horrific cold that started 50 hours after seeing this dentist and we interacted with no other humans or went anywhere else to be exposed to germs. I saw the dentist go into a third patient's room after us and she did not wash hands or change gloves and started with the third patient, thats when I realized she didn't wash hands or put on new gloves before seeing my chil... read more
