Bright now Dental did not submit their Bill to the Medicaid dental Quest no matter how many times it was provided to them. Bright now also never submitted their bill to Delta Dental of Washington. I had both as my insurer. two years later you are trying to recover payment from me. it's 2025. I recall speaking to the front desk clerk with the Dataquest rep on the call. I recall Brightnow no longer accepting a certain insurance after the failed cap for a tooth that ultimately was removed from Angel Dental on Broadway in 2024. ... read more
I was very satisfied
Nothing but problems withe my crown ..Falls off on a regular basis..have missed 32 hrs. Of work due to problems..now on a temporary glue up from fall off /break off problem.have I just wasted my time and money using bright nows dental work?? Certainly looking that way.
Staff was unprofessional women kept answering and hanging up putting me on hold never coming back to the line SATFF needs to be retrained on GOOD COMMUNICATION AS WELL AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
Staff was friendly, professional and nice. And my smile was brought back to life
