Front desk is fully incompent and can't even perform the most basic functions of their job. If you enjoy having your time wasted by employees who don't believe in personal accountability, then this is the place for you. However, if you value your time and prefer to receive compassionate care from intelligent, considerate professionals, then avoid Bright Now Dental at all costs. In response to their comment on my review: I did reach out to you. You never replied. Stop acting like you care.
The staff was not very friendly, I had issues with getting my X-rays EMAILED to me, I was told I could only get a physical copy. I made an appointment for a cleaning , after X-rays they said they could not do the cleaning the day of, I took time off work and drove from DTLA just for them to NOT do my cleaning . I was clear when booking my apt & when I got there I asked for a cleaning again -waste of time-find a better dentist pleaseee. Worst dentist experience ever .
