Took the day off for my appointment today and there was nobody in the building. I showed up 10 minutes early to check in and waited over 50 minutes and no one has even showed up. Called multiple times and no answer. I thought they were on lunch but according to the schedule posted, they should have been back already. There was 3 others waiting as well but they ended up leaving Not sure what happened because my first visit was great

It’s an amazing experience, first stop, room w/ high tech x-ray equipment, taking lots of different angles. Then to the dental chair with the dentist a& DA analyzing the best possibility of utilizing what I had left w/o replacing everything, which BTW is what I already wanted from my own research prior to. NO stress or contracts given on 1st visit, let me leave to figure out my next step.. gave 4 stars since the room was too cold and 100+ outside .🤷🏽‍♂️

Multiple patients waiting for appointments and no one is there at 1:50. No note, nothing. Two women strolled up and finally said “we are here now” with Taco Bell bags. No dentist in sight, lights and doors off. Found out from there call center that the dentist was not feeling well and didn’t come in…..so they wouldn’t have been able to help me anyways. No notice. Won’t be back.

Office staff was very friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything and was easy to understand the recommended procedures. The office was clean and comfortable. I am reluctant to give 5 stars because my procedures are scheduled for another day, this was my initial visit.
