I chose a 3 due the office called and said they had a cancelation and asked if I could come in early. I said yes I would leave now and be there 1 hour early. I arrived 1 hour early, checked in did paper work went back to patient room to wait for the Dr. I waited 2 hours before the Dr. came to the room! No explanation for the wait. The dental procedure went great, and the staff was very good. I would recommend them as the work was good, but don't go in early or expect timely service.

Pat was excellent in explaining every aspect and details of this process and procedure. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects! She was kind, compassionate and very helpful! Great job Pat!

I experienced an excessive wait time. I showed up on time but sat for 30 min before I could get into a dentist chair, where I sat for another 45 min before I got my dental exam. It wasn't even a cleaning, which was the appointment I booked on the phone. On the way out they wanted to schedule me for the cleaning I was supposed to get that day, but the earliest they had available was six and a half months away. I'm very unimpressed.

I love Dr Chen. He has been trying to save two of my teeth that need crowns and my insurance won’t cover them. He is so kind, gentle, and caring. All the staff is nice, polite and fun!
