Update: yes thank you for responding with the same number that ive call 100x with no response that was very helpful thank you bright now! Original message: If I could give 0 i would. I have called for the last 3.5 months with no response from the sandusky office. I have called every number online provided 1800 numbers local numbers all leading to the same prompts, no one answers at the office nor returns calls. My new dental provider has also tried to get ahold of them with no response. I drove 35min there for the office man... read more

Some serious reorganization and or competent help is needed so check in is not more than 20 minutes waiting in line. When anything is said excuse after excuse. I have several friends that have said the exact same thing! All having similar expierence

Trash. Reception was good so they get the star along with the women that takes x rays. Asian male dentist was rude, did not speak, zero communication. Went in for exam and cleaning. Had to schedule multiple appointments to be seen at a later date. Room #8 was filthy. There was no chair for him or light!!!! He was the problem. Not the other employees. They were very busy that day so the mop closet may have been the only room available.
