I had scheduled appt and waited over an hour and had other plans and couldn’t wait forever so left. I’m thinking of going somewhere else. I understand that you get behind but no one communicated anything. It’s very unprofessional.
Most of the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Started out kinda rocky - not their fault. My insurance went into effect on 7/1 so my appointment was scheduled for then. They weren’t able to verify my coverage so I had to reschedule. I went in the next week and had the X-rays and new patient services. I had been having issues with a back tooth that currently had a crown. He recommended to have it extracted. The doctor was very nice and informative. Once work is done I will know more.
Was very disappointed with the Sandusky location, set up an appointment for exam and cleaning , when I arrived I was told I would have to make another appointment for the cleaning, explained to the receptionist that my appointment included both, she then told me you made the appointment with corporate, and I could not do both at one time at the Sandusky location. I questioned the decision and got a take it or leave it attitude, I feel like they wanted to double dip me , so said I will take my business elsewhere and left !
