I've had rhe worst experiences at the Fisher's Landing location for Ortho services and my dighter doesn't even have braces yet. We went in for a consult, they give us a quote and they gave us a cash quote. They had not called out insurance and included that in the quote. Then it took them a week to get back to us with the quote. Finally schedule the appt to get braces. Dr. Is out for an emergency. Okay. No biggie. Made several calls to reschedule. I've had an appointment For months now.. Days before my appointment , they cancel and tell me to reschedule. I will definitely not be rescheduling. This office is unprofessional. Don't bother with these clowns.

I've been going there for about 10 years and have my son going as well for ortho, over the last year the service has gotten so bad I am now having to switch. Today was the 3rd time that I went in to get my teeth cleaned and they had to cancel. No call or email once again. I understand that life happens but asking me to reschedule for a fourth time is crazy.
