Grea4 experiences!
I would not recommend. We waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. Receptionist was rude, unprofessional and treated you like you were an inconvenience anytime she talked to us. Waited over 45 mins without ever hearing anything before we asked for an update. Which, asking for an update would just mean we were treated to an abrupt and unapologetic, nasty, staff member when all you want is some update for what’s happening, but everything we were told was a lie anyways, “20 more mins…..10 more mins” our appt was for 2 pm.... read more
We recently changed dental office (insurance) and so far between two of us everything has been smooth sailing. Everyone is friendly at the front desk, paperwork is ready and you know what to expect (codes are provided) and everything has been crystal clear. No complaints and looking for to next visit!
